Job Requirements for Junior Education Advisor (Level 1: Associate Consultant)

Job Summary:

The Junior Education Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for students interested in studying abroad. This role is responsible for providing essential information about study-abroad opportunities, including application procedures, deadlines, and fees. The advisor will also support data entry tasks and maintain accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students with initial inquiries regarding study-abroad programs and options.
Provide accurate and general information about application procedures, program fees, and application deadlines.
Conduct data entry to support client records and ensure the accuracy of client information in the system.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and potential clients to address basic questions and provide guidance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or advisory role is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of consultancy or student advising services.
Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and with empathy.
