About the Role
Job Summary:
The Senior Education Consultant will manage a portfolio of students, providing expert guidance on complex issues such as scholarships, visa processes, and post-admission requirements. In addition to advising clients, this role includes mentoring junior consultants and offering feedback to enhance client interactions and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of students, serving as the primary point of contact for complex queries and guidance.
Advise students on scholarship opportunities, visa application procedures, and post-admission requirements to ensure a smooth transition.
Mentor junior consultants, providing constructive feedback on client interactions and supporting their professional development.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, program offerings, and changes in international education policies to offer accurate advice.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, international relations, counseling, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an education consultancy, counseling, or advisory role, with demonstrated expertise in student consultancy processes.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex student needs and issues.
Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
Deep knowledge of student consultancy services, including scholarships, visas, and admission processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage high-stakes client interactions.
